1. Object
These conditions govern the use of the website www.casacarlottalesa.com and the contractual relationships between Casa Carlotta and the guest requesting quotes and booking services.

2. Quotes and Bookings

• All quote requests are free of charge and non-binding.
  
  

• Booking confirmation is subject to payment of a deposit according to the instructions sent by email.
  
  

3. Payments & Cancellations

• The deposit must be paid within 7 days of quote confirmation.
  
  

• If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus €50 administrative fee.
  
  

• For later cancellations or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
  
  

4. Check-in/Check-out & House Rules

• Check-in: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM. Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
  
  

• No smoking inside the apartments.
  
  

• Pets allowed only by prior agreement.
  
  

5. Liability
Casa Carlotta is not responsible for theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests agree to use the property with due care.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version published online is always the current one.

Termini e Condizioni

1. Oggetto
Le presenti condizioni regolano l’utilizzo del sito www.casacarlottalesa.com e i rapporti contrattuali tra Casa Carlotta e l’ospite che richiede preventivi e servizi di prenotazione.

2. Preventivi e prenotazioni

• Tutte le richieste di preventivo sono gratuite e non vincolanti.
  
  

• La conferma della prenotazione avviene tramite versamento di anticipo secondo le istruzioni che verranno fornite via email.
  
  

3. Pagamenti e cancellazioni

• L’acconto va versato entro 7 giorni dalla conferma del preventivo.
  
  

• In caso di cancellazione fino a 14 giorni prima dell’arrivo, l’acconto verrà restituito al netto di € 50 di spese amministrative.
  
  

• Con cancellazioni successive o no‐show, l’acconto non verrà rimborsato.
  
  

4. Orari e regolamento interno

• Check‐in: dalle 15:00 alle 23:00. Check‐out: entro le 10:00.
  
  

• È vietato fumare all’interno degli appartamenti.
  
  

• Animali domestici ammessi solo se esplicitamente concordati.
  
  

5. Responsabilità
Casa Carlotta non è responsabile di furti o danni a oggetti personali degli ospiti. Gli ospiti si impegnano a usare le strutture con diligenza.

6. Modifiche dei termini
Ci riserviamo il diritto di aggiornare questi termini in qualsiasi momento: la versione pubblicata online sarà sempre quella vigente.

1. Gegenstand

2. Angebote und Buchungen

• Alle Angebotsanfragen sind kostenlos und unverbindlich.
  
  

• Die Buchungsbestätigung erfolgt nach Zahlung einer Anzahlung gemäß den per E-Mail zugesandten Anweisungen.
  
  

3. Zahlungen & Stornierungen

• Die Anzahlung ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Angebotsbestätigung zu leisten.
  
  

• Bei Stornierung bis 14 Tage vor Anreise wird die Anzahlung abzüglich einer Verwaltungsgebühr von 50 € zurückerstattet.
  
  

• Bei späteren Stornierungen oder Nichterscheinen erfolgt keine Erstattung.
  
  

4. Check-in/Check-out & Hausregeln

• Check-in: 15:00–19:00 Uhr. Check-out: bis 10:00 Uhr.
  
  

• In den Apartments ist das Rauchen untersagt.
  
  

• Haustiere nur nach vorheriger Absprache erlaubt.
  
  

5. Haftung
Casa Carlotta haftet nicht für Diebstahl oder Beschädigung persönlicher Gegenstände der Gäste. Die Gäste verpflichten sich zur sorgfältigen Nutzung der Einrichtungen.

6. Änderungen der Bedingungen
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bestimmungen jederzeit zu aktualisieren; die online veröffentlichte Version ist stets maßgeblich.
